"The Truth About Statins" by Dr. Barbara Roberts

Dr. Barbara Roberts, will discuss her new book-"The Truth About Statins: Risks and Alernatives to Cholesterol-lowering Drugs". 

She is the director of the Women's Cardiac Center at MiriamHospital and teaches at Brown University's Alpert Medical School. She has lectured widely on cardiovascular disease here and aboard. This book marks the third one for the cardiologist who resides in Jamestown.
