Family Night Concerts at Easton's Beach Begin June 30

Free concerts and children’s performances on the beach will be back this summer at Easton’s Beach in Newport.

The Family Night Concerts will be held on Tuesday evenings beginning June 30th.

All shows are free and open to the public.

All performances begin at 6:00 pm and last for approximately 90 minutes.

Abbey Rhode will kick off the series this year. The Beatles era band is sponsored by the Easton’s Beach Snackbar and Del’s Lemonade. Free carousel rides will be available from 6:00-7:00 pm the night of the show, compliments of Pauline and Bill Buckley in memory of their granddaughter Brigid Kelly.

The Children’s Night performances, provided with funding from the Rhode Island Foundation, begin on Thursday, July 9th with singer Johnny The K. All shows begin at 6:00 pm and last for approximately 45 minutes. The shows are free and open to the public. In the event of rain, the Children’s Night performances will be held in the Rotunda Ballroom.
