1:40 a.m. — Conor Carr, 38, of Newport was charged under a bench warrant out of Second District Court.
2:30 a.m. — Wilson Martinz Ventura, 40, of Bronx, New York, was charged with conspiracy, larceny under $1,500 and making/repairing/possessing burglary tools.

2:30 a.m. — Felix Alfredo De Leon Francisco, 25, of Bronx, New York, was charged with conspiracy, larceny under $1,500 and making/repairing/possessing burglary tools.
Tuesday
5:40 p.m. — Gary Medeiros, 64, of Portsmouth, was charged with driving after denial/revocation/suspension (second offense).
9:10 p.m. — Nicholas Cech, 41, of Little Compton, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs with a blood alcohol level unknown (first offense), refusal to submit to a chemical test, obedience to stop sign, possession of weapons other than firearms prohibited and possession of schedule I-IV drugs.
Monday
12:59 a.m. — Fernando Brito, 33, of Middletown, was charged with disorderly-fighting, obstructing an officer in the execution of duty, simple assault or battery and resisting legal or illegal arrest.
12:45 a.m. — Megan Madrigal, 29, of Portsmouth, was charged with obstructing an officer in the execution of duty.
1:11 a.m. — Venancio Carrasquillo, 44, of Portsmouth, was charged with disorderly conduct.
1:42 a.m. — Ian Madrigal, 30, of Portsmouth, was charged with, simple assault or battery, disorderly conduct and obstructing an officer in the execution of duty.
3:44 a.m. — Alexander Ramos, 36, of Newport, was charged with obstructing an officer in the execution of duty and disorderly conduct.
11:45 p.m. — Amanda Forest, 51, was charged with domestic disorderly conduct, resisting legal or illegal arrest and domestic violence-simple assault or battery.
Sunday
1:30 p.m. — Gregory Moniz, 28, of Newport, was charged with felony assault with a dangerous weapon or substance, two counts of simple assault or battery and disorderly conduct.
Saturday
1:08 p.m. — Edward Johnson, 50, of Middletown, was charged with drinking/possessing an open container of alcohol in public.
