RI Weather: Flash Flood Warning For Most Of The State
The region, especially around areas like the Pawtuxet River is already vulnerable. Streams and small rivers are running higher than normal.

A flash flood warning is in place for Bristol, Kent, Newport, Providence and Washington counties in Rhode Island until 4 p.m., Friday.
Widespread rainfall of a half inch to one and a half inches of rainfall is expected, but higher totals are possible in isolated areas. Some areas may get one to three inches whiles others get less than an inch.
