Welcome to the other side of fitness!! Dance Trance (DT) is a dance fitness program that uses fresh music and hot dance moves to give students a hard-core workout in a fun environment!
Area Dance Trance instructor Larissa Baker will lead a beginner-friendly 2-hour workshop that will provide an overview of what to expect from Dance Trance, while teaching a set of easy-to-grasp choreographed routines that will get you started working those smooth moves.
