Homeless Man Charged with Domestic Assault and Battery
Kenneth Milo Lemoi faces a felony charge, but the victim is denying he touched her.

NEWPORT, RI – A passerby walking her dog past the Edwards Street parking lot called police on Nov. 15 about a man punching a woman behind a van.
Police arrested Kenneth Milo Lemoi, 50, a homeless person, at 7:42 p.m. and charged him with a felony domestic assault and battery, third offense.
A woman sitting in the van's rear passenger seat denied he had struck her. The woman and Lemoi insisted they were arguing, but he did not hit her.
