Labor Day Monday Means 1-Day Trash Delay Next Week

Thanks to the Labor Day holiday on Monday, trash and recycling collections in Newport will be delayed by one day the week of Sept. 1.

Yard waste will not be collected next week and is due to be picked up during the weeks of Sept. 8 and 22.
