Little Compton Man Charged with Disorderly Conduct
Middletown police stop Little Compton man wanted in Newport.

NEWPORT, RI—Jimmy Rodriguez, 24, of Little Compton, was arrested at 12:47 p.m. on April 16 after a car stop in Middletown. He was wanted in Newport on a complaint from April 5. According to the Newport complaint, at 3:58 p.m. on April 5, police were called to Park Holm about a fight in progress.
A woman said Rodriguez is her children's father. She told police she had argued with him about her new boyfriend. During the telephone argument, Rodriguez wanted to know if the new boyfriend was at her apartment. She later discovered two bedroom window had been broken and the glass was on the bedroom floor. She and her boyfriend later confronted Rodriguez, she told police, and she claimed Rodriguez hit her boyfriend.
Newport police charged him with disorderly conduct.
