Lower Thames Street Closed June 15 For Paving
A section of Thames Street between Underwood Court and Narragansett Avenue will be closed for paving from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. on June 15.
NEWPORT, RI — A section of Thames Street between Underwood Court and Narragansett Avenue will be closed for paving from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. on June 15. Newport police are asking motorists to plan ahead. Road closure and detour signs will be in place as well as uniformed Newport Police Officers to assist in traffic control.
