The Mooring is Hiring a Dining Room Supervisor
The ideal candidate would have a few years of hospitality experience with at least one year as a supervisor in a high-volume restaurant.
The Mooring Seafood Kitchen and Bar is looking for a dining room supervisor.
The restaurant is owned by Newport Restaurant Group, which also operates the Castle Hill Inn, 22 Bowens’ Wine Bar & Grille, The Smoke House, Waterman Grille, Hemenway’s, Trio and the Boat House Restaurant, so landing this job could be the ticket to an actual career in the hospitality industry.
As the dining room supervisor, you’d be responsible for overseeing all dining service operations, including coaching, counseling and administrative paperwork. You also need to manage the flow of the restaurant, prioritize tasks and make sure the restaurant’s standards of service are continually met.
