Newporters are waking up to howling wind, whiteout conditions, painfully cold temperatures and plenty more snow to go Tuesday morning.
That hasn’t stopped the folks at Empire Tea and Coffee on Broadway from opening up.
“If you’re brave enough, we are open and the coffee is hot,” the folks at the popular spot said on Instagram.
