Newport Back To School: Everything You Need To Know

NEWPORT, RI — School is back in session for grades 1-12 September 5. Kindergarten goes back September 7 or there's an option for a soft start September 5-6 by appointment. Here's everything you and your child need to know to start the school year off on the right foot.

School Hours

William S. Rogers High School: 8:15 a.m. to 2:45 p.m.

Frank E. Thompson Middle School: 7:45 a.m. to 2:15 p.m.

Claiborne Pell Elementary School: 8:45 a.m. to 3:15 p.m.
