Newport Has Second Gas Leak: Thames & Holland
The second leak is also in the area near The Elms.
NEWPORT, RI—Police report National Grid is working to repair a gas leak in the main near Thames and Holland streets. Thames is closed to southbound traffic at Dearborn. Bellevue Avenue is already closed to northbound traffic but only at Narragansett Avenue due to a gas leak.
