Newport July Fourth Fireworks 2017 & Parking

NEWPORT, RI — On July 4, the City's annual fireworks display is scheduled to start at 9:15 p.m. from Fort Adams. Public parking is available at the Gateway Center on America’s Cup and at the Waterfront Parking Lot on Mary Street.

Here is the information from the Newport police.

"As in the past years, we are anticipating heavy traffic so plan your travels accordingly. There will be uniformed Newport Police Officers to assist with traffic control. Please be mindful of the no parking areas in the city. We hope everyone has a safe and healthy 4th of July."
