Police said they discovered the warrant after responding to a report of a disturbance on Clinton Avenue Tuesday night.

Newport Police arrested Tyler Clifton Brown, 32, of 5 Clinton Ave., Newport, on a warrant Tuesday at around 10:30 p.m.

Police said they were dispatched to Brown’s address for a report of a man and woman arguing.
