Newport Man Will Face Murder Charge
The Providence County Grand Jury reported out indictments, according to Attorney General Peter Kilmartin's office.

NEWPORT, RI — Jose Medina, 43, of Newport has been indicted by the Providence County Grand Jury. According to U.S. Atty. Gen. Peter Kilmartin's office, Medina will face one count of murder for allegedly stabbing and killing Patrick Douglas.
The murder was committed in Providence.
The Providence Police conducted the investigation. Medina is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on December 7, 2016.
