NEWPORT, RI — Newport police on Wednesday identified the man they found dead inside a portable toilet.A worker at a construction site on Coddington Highway at John Chafee Boulevard found Harry Alvarez, 48, of Newport, <a href="https://patch.com/rhode-island/newport/48-year-old-newport-man-found-dead-portable-toilet">dead inside the portable toilet</a>, according to police.Police said the cause of death remains under investigation.
