Newport Woman Charged with Domestic Offense, Police Say
A 36-year-old Newport woman was charged with domestic disorderly conduct, police said.
NEWPORT, RI -- Caroline Haylett, 36, of Newport, was arrested Sunday at 9:15 p.m. She is being charged with domestic disorderly conduct, police said.
