Accomplishments: Shaday has been helping young girls in high school and elementary school achieve positive body images and started a club at Rogers High School called “The Secrets of Loving Yourself.”

Key to Awesomeness: “My motivation is a simple quote: 'Nobody can make you feel inferior without your consent,' by Eleanor Roosevelt,” she said. Shaday said there was no one at Rogers who was educating girls about the different between “real and fake beauty,” so she made it her own personal endeavor. She educates others on the smoke and mirrors that are beauty and fashion advertisements and believes that it is important to help and take care of one another.
