Photo Essay: War Games Workshop Held at Naval War College

NEWPORT, RI – Rear Adm. Jeffrey A. Harley, president, U.S. Naval War College speaks to attendees of the Navy Operations and Research Analysis Workshop held in Newport, Rhode Island. The purpose of the workshop is to share existing gaming, experimentation and analytical processes. The outcome of the workshop is to create a report that includes a graphic representation of the potential connections and opportunities of war gaming, campaign analysis and experimentation to better inform Navy decision makers.
