PHOTOS: Tall Ships Come to Newport

Over the weekend, the normally large boats in Newport Harbor were dwarfed by the tall ships that made made their way Newport's waterfront. 

The offered a look into the past as visitors were able to gain access and board the ships. The festival runs from July 6-9.
