Plate Glass Windows at Mama Leone's Finally Replaced
The work was underway today in advance of a liquor license change and a re-opening as a different restaurant.
NEWPORT, RI—Mama Leone's has been closed since March when a driver lost control of his car and smashed through the front of the building.
But workmen were on site today removing the plywood and installing new windows.
The changes at the Connell Highway eatery are among several coming to the Newport scene. The Patch will keep you updated.
