Portsmouth Man Arrested for Cyberstalking & Trespassing at Thames Street Business

Jack G. Colton, 28, also known as Colton Harrison Amole, was arrested for trespassing at Thames Street Yoga, police said.

NEWPORT, RI—A Portsmouth man was charged with two misdemeanors: Willful Trespassing; and Cyberstalking and Cyberharassment for a New Year's Eve incident at Thames Street Yoga.

According to the arrest report, Jack G. Colton, 28, of Portsmouth, went to the studio on New Year's Eve and stuck a note on the door. The note said he surrendered to the people. He also surrendered to two other people, whose names the police concealed, and to Colton Harrison Amole, which is another name he uses.

Police received a complaint around 7:04 p.m. Witnesses claimed Amole went down on his knees by the door inside the studio and refused to leave. Later, he went into a fetal position before he got up and left.

After investigating, police charged him on Jan. 3 at 10:30 a.m.
