Rhode Island Man Missing At Sea, Coast Guard Searching
Ryan Hollis left Jamestown on Oct. 23 bound for Norfolk, Va., according to Coast Guard officials.
JAMESTOWN, RI — The Coast Guard on Saturday launched a search for a Rhode Island man missing at sea for the past several days.
Ryan Hollis, 40, left Jamestown on Oct. 23 in a 43-foot sailboat. He was bound for Norfolk, Va., but never arrived. Hollis was set to head to Miami after Norfolk, according to the Coast Guard.
Coast Guard crews up and down the East Coast are involved in the search for Hollis, according to the 1st District station in Boston.

The Coast Guard is asking for anyone who may have seen Hollis to call the Boston station at 617-223-8555.
