Rhode Island Power Outages: National Grid

ACROSS RI — As of 6:00 p.m. Thursday, National Grid reported 3,835 houses had lost power across Rhode Island.

Most of those have been in the Bristol area with 2,548 outages. There is also 1,270 outages reported in Providence area and another 17 around Kent.

National Grid estimates outages near Providence and Bristol should be fixed by 8 p.m. The few in Kent are expected to be rectified by as quickly as 6:15 p.m.
