Wednesday night's fluffy snow was enough to delay most Rhode Island schools Thursday mornign and make for a messy early commute. The sun is out Thursday morning, but temperatures aren't expected to rise.

Across the state, snow totals varied, with the Woonsocket topping the charts at 4.5 inches and Westerly getting the least at 0.3 inches.
