RI Weather Forecast: Hour-By-Hour Snow Monday Morning

Here is the latest on what could be up to 5+ inches of snow Monday.

A hazardous weather outlook and winter weather advisory have been issued in parts of Rhode Island in advance of a late-season snowfall expected to hit overnight. The Sunday night forecast calls for slippery roads and tough travel conditions when you wake up Monday, but overall nothing too treacherous.

A winter weather advisory has been issued for the southern half of Rhode Island, where up to 4 inches of snow could fall by Monday morning. A hazardous weather outlook will be in effect for the rest of the state - and for the commuters, the South Coast in Massachusetts is expected to get 3-4 inches as well.

For those worried about the worst-case scenario, it's not so bad. The southernmost portions of Rhode Island would get up to 5 inches.
