Rhode Island's Halloween outlook is looking spooky, and not in a good way. The latest forecast from the National Weather Service shows a frightful night with heavy showers and gusty winds.

Depending on the way the storm tracks, there could be some breaks in the rain, allowing little ghosts and princesses to squeeze in some damp trick-or-treating.

Strong wind gusts are possible in coastal areas of Rhode Island, particularly in the East Bay. Wind gusts could reach as high as 33 miles per hour.
