Expect a chance of snow on Tuesday night followed by blisteringly cold temperatures late Wednesday into early Thursday. By the weekend, it will feel like spring, with Saturday's high expected to hit nearly 60 degrees.
Rhode Island is only expected see a light dusting of snow on Tuesday night. The flakes will start falling after 7 p.m. following possible rain during the early evening hours. A hazardous weather outlook has been issued for the state ahead of the snowfall, though only "an inch or two" at most is possible in our area, the National Weather Service said.
