Here's what to expect from a late-winter storm that's expected to hit Rhode Island late Saturday night.

More wintry weather is on the way for Southern New England, with snow and sleet turning into rain Sunday afternoon.
Snow totals in Rhode Island are expected to be low, with mush of the state getting less than an inch. The northern half of the state could see as much as two inches of accumulation.
After finally seeing some relief from a week of frigid temperatures, Saturday will be a slight relief, with highs reaching the lower 40s and sunshine throughout the day.

The snow will move in late Saturday night, mixing with rain and sleet until changing over to fully rain by 11 a.m. Sunday. Patchy areas of fog can be expected throughout the day on Sunday as well.
The rain is expected to taper off by Sunday night, leading into a mostly sunny, warmer week with temperatures getting as high as 47 on Monday afternoon.
