Richard Carrubba installed as 2017 President

RICHARD CARRUBBA INSTALLED AS 2017 PRESIDENT OF THE RHODE ISLAND COMMERCIAL AND APPRAISAL BOARD OF REALTORS®

Richard Carrubba of Berkshire Hathaway Home Services New England Properties in Newport was installed as the 2017 President of the Rhode Island Commercial and Appraisal Board of REALTORS® at the Metacomet Country Club on October 4, 2016.

Mr. Carrubba was the Board’s 2016 Vice President and serves on the Board’s Executive, Finance, Membership, Nominating, REALTOR® of the Year and Shared Services Committees. He is a Director of the Statewide Multiple Listing Service, serves on the RICIE (Rhode Island Commercial and Information Exchange) Task Force and has served on the Grievance and Professional Standards Committees of the RI Association of REALTORS®. He resides with his wife Patricia in Middletown, Rhode Island.

Also at the Annual Meeting, James Moore was honored as the 2016 REALTOR® of the Year and

Peter M. Scotti received the REALTOR® Emeritus Award from the National Association of REALTORS®. This award recognizes a member of the Association of forty years or more and who has provided dedicated service as a volunteer of the organization.

We are the unified voice of commercial and appraisal practitioners and serve over 150 members throughout Rhode Island.
