Salas Sells for $2 Million

Salas’ Dining Room has sold recently for $2 million, the Providence Journal reports. A real estate developer from Baltimore bought the property, including the liquor license, equipment and memorabilia.

Larry Silverstein, who bought the restaurant, specializes in historic buildings. 

The restaurant closed after almost 60 years in business last January. 

The original closing date of Feb. 6 was pushed up to Jan. 14.
