Serve and Protect .

Not sure just what some of our City official's are attempting to achieve by wishing one of Newport's X finest well after he has gone and accused of embezzlement of thousands of dollars from his fellow Police officer's .When he took oath he was to Serve and protect and not be above the law. What type example does this set for the community as a whole.
