Tennis Anyone? BankNewport Host Tennis Clinic For Local Youth

Tennis Anyone? BankNewport hosted a tennis clinic for youth from the MLK Community Center in Newport. Tennis pros from the US Tennis Association (USTA) and the Hall of Fame Tennis Club shared their knowledge and skills with the youth, including tennis rules, proper swing technique, proper grip and other skills to introduce them to the game or improve on their basic skills. The tennis clinic is one of the activities the MLK Community Center offered to youth as part of their Summer Adventure Camp, a program that incorporates fitness, literacy, science and math based activities.
