Tuesday mornings in June at 10:00am

Yoga Baby is a yoga-based interaction & movement class for caregivers and children ages 3 months to 3 years.

Learn how to maintain a mindful yoga practice while engaging with your little ones. We will stretch, breath and connect in a way that will foster and encourage parent interaction in a caring & loving environment. Also a great opportunity to meet other caregivers and enjoy some adult interaction as well! ALL LEVELS.

$15 per adult and 1 child. $3 each additional child.
