Artistic Director, Daniel P. Ryan begins his tenure with a fantastical musical journey that will take the audience from lullabies to sleep, into a dreamlike state, even touching the edge of nightmares before ending on a theme of morning awakening. The repertoire will span centuries, from the very early renaissance straight through to the present day with the world premiere of Dust by Kevin Joest. Other works on the program by Schütz, Whitacre, Janequin, Di Lasso, Forrest and others.
Sine Nomine is an auditioned chamber choir dedicated to performing early music within diverse and innovative concert programs designed to share its passion for choral music with a wide audience. The group draws its members from southeastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
