• New Shoreham Waives Fees for O'Brien Housing Project (upriseri.com) — New Shoreham's Town Council has waived most local fees for the O'Brien property affordable housing project, while still charging any outside professional costs the town incurs. Councilors also scheduled two key zoning hearings for October 5 and shifted about $750,000 in water company funds into a more flexible money market account, while debating tax treatment of accessory dwelling units and renewing their planning consultant agreement.
