Warwick Man Charged With DUI: Cops

NORTH KINGSTOWN, RI — A Warwick man was charged with driving under the influence.

Ethan Betts, 23, was pulled over and arrested on Boston Neck Road in North Kingstown shortly before 11 p.m. Saturday, the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.

Betts was also charged with refusing to submit to a chemical test, the release said.

Betts was processed at the Wickford Barracks, arraigned and released with a notice to appear in court, according to police.
