NORTH PROVIDENCE, RI — A North Providence man wanted on charges of conspiracy, bank fraud and obtaining money by false pretenses was apprehended, police said.
Timothy Stewart, 35, was arrested on a warrant shortly after 4 a.m. Thursday, the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.
The state police investgated the case and the Providence Police arrested Stewart, according to the release.
Stewart was processed at state police headquarters and held overnight pending a morning arraignment, the release said.
