Auger was involved in a "road rage incident" with the driver of a van on Interstate 295 when he threw an object and damaged the van's passenger side window, according to a police report.

"I asked Mr. Auger to explain the metal object he threw," a state trooper said in the report.

"He stated, 'It was a cadillac coin,'" the report said. "He explained that it was a metal coin or emblem that was previously attached to heavy machinery which is similar in size to a dollar coin."

Auger's case remains pending.
