North Smithfield Man Arrested On Video Voyeurism Charge
The North Smithfield man was arrested by the Lincoln police.

NORTH SMITHFIELD, RI — A North Smithfield man was arrested on a video voyeurism charge.
Joseph Mello, 37, was taken into custody Wednesday after officers with a warrant searched his Pacheco Drive residence, the Lincoln Police Department said in a media release.
The Smithfield police assisted the Lincoln department in arresting Mello, according to the release.

Mello was arraigned and released on a $2,000 surety bond. He is to have no contact with minors.
The police asked anyone who has had a "reportable encounter" with Mello to the department's detective division.
