• North Smithfield Council OKs Quarry Settlement, 4-1 (upriseri.com) — North Smithfield residents will soon see details of a long-disputed quarry settlement after the Town Council approved an agreement in a 4–1 vote, following executive session. The council also granted a Pound Hill Road junkyard license, advanced the police station renovation with a major furniture purchase, and fielded questions about who authorized Flock cameras and how charter questions will be presented to voters.
