Pawtucket Man Charged With Possessing Controlled Substance: Cops

PAWTUCKET, RI —A Pawtucket man was charged with possessing a controlled substance, police said.

Luis Hernandez, 38, was arrested Wednesday by the Rhode Island State Police Adult Correctional Institutions Investigations Unit, the state police said in a media release.

"Mr. Hernandez was arraigned in Third Division District Court, where he was granted $3,000 personal recognizance and remanded to the ACI," the release said.
