- Pawtucket's Kismet Improv group is helping to fill a comedy void in the area. Kismet held its grand opening at the end of September, hosting evening performances and improv classes for aspiring comics. (Providence Media)
- If your kids love the holiday season, bring them by the Pawtucket Public Library's Children's Department for a special Elf Scavenger Hunt, happening daily now through Dec. 30 during regular library hours. Library staff have hidden 10 elves throughout the department, and children who can find them all will win a prize. The library is limiting the elf scavenger hunt to one per child this month.
