Here are the top stories in Pawtucket today:

  1. Police have released new surveillance images of a Pawtucket woman who has been missing for nearly a month. Donna Bennett, 43, was last seen on Nov. 10 walking down North Main Street in Providence. New images released Wednesday show Bennett walking in the capital city around 2 p.m. that afternoon wearing a black long-sleeved shirt and black pants. Anyone with information on Bennett's whereabouts should contact Pawtucket Police Detective Craig Letourneau at (401) 727-9100 ext. 818. (WPRI.com)
  2. Pawtucket-area unemployment rates have dropped significantly over the last year, despite the ongoing pandemic and its economic impact. Unemployment in Providence County stood at 4.7 percent in October, down from 4.9 percent in September. During the same time last year, the county had a 7.3 percent unemployment rate. Providence County is about on par with the overall Rhode Island unemployment rate of 4.1 percent, according to BLS data. (Pawtucket Patch)
