Pawtucket Man Charged With Driving Under the Influence: Cops
He was pulled over on School Street in Providence, police said.
PAWTUCKET, RI — A Pawtucket man was charged with driving under the influence, police said.
Nilton Santos, 52, was pulled over and arrested on School Street in Pawtucket shortly after 12:30 a.m. Sunday, the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.
Santos was also charged with refusing to submit to a chemical test and on a warrant charging him with failing to appear for an arraignment in a driving on a suspended license case, the release said.

Santos was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by a justice of the peace and released with a notice to appear in court, according to police.
