Pawtucket Man Charged With DUI With Child In Car: Cops
The man was charged with driving under the influence with a child under 13 in the vehicle.
PAWTUCKET, RI — A Pawtucket man was charged with driving under the influence with a child in the vehicle, police said.
Brian Williams, 44, was arrested shortly after 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.
Williams was charged with DUI, DUI with a passenger younger than 13 and duty to stop for an accident resulting in damage to a vehicle.
