Pawtucket Man Charged With DUI: Cops
He was pulled over on Division Street in Pawtucket, police said.
PAWTUCKET, RI — A Pawtucket man was charged with driving under the influence, police said.
William Burns, 50, was pulled over and arrested shortly before 1 a.m. Tuesday on Division Street, the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.
Burns was also charged with refusing to submit to a chemical test, according to the release.

Burns was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and "held overnight pending morning arraignment at Sixth Division District Court, the release said.
