Pawtucket Man Charged With DUI: Cops
He was pulled over and arrested on Pond Street in Pawtucket, police said.
PAWTUCKET, RI — A Pawtucket man was charged with driving under the influence, police said.
David Rodrigues, 46, was pulled over and arrested on Pond Street shortly after midnight Wednesday, the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.
Rodrigues was also charged with refusing to submit to a chemical test, the release said.

Rodrigues was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by a justice of the peace and released with a notice to appear in court, according to police.
