The Polar Dive to end 375 is drawing near - only 24 days to go! Join your friends and neighbors for a refreshing dive into the balmy waters of the Sakonnet River off Island Park beach at noon on 31 December. Make a pledge to help support the creation of a history center in the Portsmouth Free Public Library. There are three ways that you can support this project, as indicated on the pledge form (available at Clements Market, People's Credit Union and the Library):
⃝ 1. I am doing the Polar Dive and have received the donations for the pledges below.
⃝ 2. I am doing the Polar Dive and wish to make a donation of $_____________

⃝ 3. You won’t catch me anywhere near the water but I want to support the effort to raise money for the Portsmouth Library Portsmouth history section and will contribute with a donation of $_____________ or I will match the amount from the sponsors below. (Suggested minimum to opt out is $100.00)
Option 3 seems to be a favorite of most of the Town Council :-)
